How to use: tap any cell to edit — every change saves to the shared tracker automatically for the whole team (watch for the “Saved ✓” badge up top). ＋ Add Unit starts the next Job # for you; pick the property, type the unit, and set the start date — Expected Completion fills itself in at 7 calendar days for a Standard turn and 10 for an Uplift or Reno (you can still override the date on any unit — changing the Type resets it to the default). Status and Days on Unit compute from the dates, and an expected date turns red once it passes without a turn-in. In the crew and property dropdowns, pick ＋ Add new… to type a brand-new option — it becomes available on every row.
